Service Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Greenfield

I checked in online for a haircut which reported it would be a 20 minute wait, that was no problem since I had a quick errand to run before getting there. While finishing up my errand I received a text stating my stylist would be ready in 10 minutes, perfect because it would take about 5-6 minutes for me to drive there. When I arrived the store had a hand written sign stating they were now closed on Sundays. Why would the online system not say this? And why would I be getting updates and estimated times if they weren’t even open?

I have been coming to sport clips for a long time. Never had any issues but the haircut I got today was sloppy and rushed. I got a triple play and didn’t receive the steamed towel or massaging shampoo. She rinsed my hair and put shampoo in it but like i said it was rushed and not relaxing at all. Very disappointed in this visit.
