**Edit 9/16- Store manager reached out to ask questions about my issue so she could address. Offered free haircuts as compensation, and seemed to care about her business and customer experience. Not sure what actually happened that night, but they are set on making it right. Was able to check in online at this location today. Drove to store and arrived just after 6?0pm and the store was closed. Posted hours said they closed at 7. If you are going to close earlier than your posted hours, at least don't allow someone to check in online and drive to the store for nothing
